Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Rehab Aide
Location: Lakeport, CA Shift: Varies | Status: Part-Time
Pay: $21/hr
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
Keep residents clean, dry, comfortable, and safe
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
Monitor skin condition and report concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and resident confidentiality
Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies
Requirements:
Active CNA license (state-approved)
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
CPR preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
Standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents throughout shift
