Full-Time Facilitator
Reports to: Associate Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the upkeep and safety standards of the lobby area and building surroundings
Greet and assist patients and visitors by providing information, guidance, and directions to facilitate smooth navigation
Receive incoming parcels and coordinate delivery to the appropriate departments
Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, assisting as necessary during emergencies
Monitor and oversee the parking lot traffic, if applicable
Help patients and visitors requiring accessibility support
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate
Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $35,000.00 - 37,000.00 per year
