Production Technician - 3rd Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team during the third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays as needed. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations on the production line, manage equipment adjustments, stage products, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation after each run. This position requires a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, recommending corrections to machinery as necessary, and assisting on the production line.
Responsibilities
Ensure the production line runs smoothly for each product during the run.
Add and adjust equipment as needed for product runs.
Stage products and clean/sanitize the area after each run.
Recommend corrections to machines if issues are noticed.
Assist and work on the production line during operations.
Cross-train on various aspects of the production line.
Essential Skills
Experience in line setup and machine operation.
Mechanical inclination and proficiency with hand tools.
Technical skills related to production line operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation with adjustments or mechanical assembly using hand tools.
Experience in mechanical tasks such as changing oil.
Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, well-lit manufacturing facility with a noticeable smell of soaps and cleaning solutions, which may be stronger in certain areas. Currently, masks are mandatory within the facility, and upon arrival, employees must complete a questionnaire and undergo a temperature check. A temperature above 100.4 degrees will require the employee to be sent home.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
