As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a strong multi-discipline team responsible for component manufacturing, disassembly, assembly, and materials stewardship within our Courtland, Alabama facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve schedule execution and customer satisfaction.
Drive day-to-day improvement activities to support customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading in manufacturing and/or production.
Experience in leading multiple cross shift teams.
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Experience in application of Space rated thermal protection systems
