This role is designed to oversee the reconciliation of product receiving records across Kith locations as well as our third party logistics centers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving processes and manage a team responsible for the reconciliation of all product receipts
Responsible for double checking any discrepancies in partnership with responsible receiving teams
Ensure product receiving timelines are met by both brick and mortar and third-party logistics warehouses
Resolve all escalated issues with proper departments
Provide weekly and monthly reporting to finance departments to make sure KPI's are being met
Work closely with the operations, finance, buying and logistics teams
Qualifications:
Have an understanding or background in finance or operations
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with handling incoming shipments and receiving
Strong communication skills amongst both peers and external vendors
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and solve problems quickly and effectively
Strong organizational skills
Ability to remain agility and shift priorities when asked
Interdepartmental: Operations Manager
With the position will come a learned knowledge with nearly every department, they will be equipped to move both vertically or laterally within the company
