Industrial Paint Line Operator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Industrial Paint Line Operators for a leading manufacturer of anhydrous vessels and agricultural equipment attachments located in Grand Forks, ND. What You'll Do as an Industrial Paint Line Operator:
Apply paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirements
Follow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements
Use paint spray equipment, sanding equipment, and various hand tools
Maintain and clean spray guns and related equipment
Follow and understand build boards and Kanban system requirements
Report inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipment
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management
Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives
Other duties may be assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Industrial Paint Line Operator Role:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of prior work experience in related field
Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
Familiarity with HVLP and/or electrostatic guns, pressure pots, and proportioners is a plus but not required
Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
