CNA Field Supervisor
The CNA Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting in-home visits to clients, performing new client intakes, supervising caregivers in the field, and ensuring compliance with care plans, company policies, and state regulations. This role requires strong clinical skills, organization, professionalism, and excellent documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to clients' homes to assess care quality and client satisfaction
Perform new client intakes, including initial assessments and required documentation
Supervise and support CNAs and caregivers in the field
Ensure caregivers are following care plans, safety standards, and agency policies
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed visit documentation and reports
Communicate concerns, changes in condition, or compliance issues to the office team promptly
Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Assist with caregiver orientation, skills checks, and corrective actions when needed
Maintain inventory awareness of required medical supplies during visits
Demonstrate strong time management while organizing and completing daily visit schedules
Represent All American Home Care professionally in clients' homes and the community
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Minimum 2+ years of CNA experience, preferably in home care
Previous field supervision or leadership experience preferred
Strong documentation, typing, and computer skills
Ability to work independently and manage a daily travel schedule
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts
No weekends
