Machine Operator Veneer Inspector
We're growing and looking for a Veneer Inspector to join our client's team! This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and quality, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative production team. Day shift and night shift opportunities. Additional testing, resume, and interview required prior to placement.
Job Summary: Operate production equipment and inspect veneer materials to meet quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect veneer sheets for quality and specification compliance
Monitor machine operation and report defects or issues
Meet established production requirements
Complete basic production paperwork
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
Keep work area clean and organized
Perform basic machine operation and setup with training
Qualifications:
Entry-level or experienced operators encouraged to apply
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Prior and recent manufacturing experience required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing environment with heat, fumes, and moving machinery
Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Good vision (close, color, depth perception)
