We are seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic primary care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced clinic environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in supporting efficient, high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider visits.
Obtain and accurately document vital signs, health histories, and medication information.
Assist providers with in-office procedures, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
Perform specimen collection, labeling, processing, and documentation according to established protocols.
Support care coordination, follow-up communication, and patient education as directed.
Manage in-basket messages, medication refills, and provider communications.
Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Contribute to a positive clinic environment through collaboration and clear communication.
What We're Looking For
Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in the State of Montana (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.

Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
