F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3
You will be the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the Production Completion Team which is responsible for overseeing the final assembly of aircraft and ensuring all specifications are met. What you will be doing as the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing final-assembly activities, coordinating cross-functional resources, and guaranteeing compliance with engineering, customer, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the final assembly of F-16 aircraft, ensuring sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems meet all specification thresholds.
Manage the recruitment, training, performance assessment, and work assignments of subordinate staff.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and DCMA representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance.
Track schedule and budget performance, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the completion team.

Desired skills: Strong organizational skills. Associates degree or higher in a related field. Strong interpersonal skills to include conflict resolution. Ability to energize the team to meet deadlines in a high paced production environment. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality. Security clearance statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret. Other important information you should know: Ability to work remotely: Onsite full-time. Work schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
