Assembly Associate

The Assembly Associate is primarily responsible for assembling metal and plastic adjustable levers using hand tools and repetitive assembly processes. Other duties include assembly of additional products, creating labels for products and packages, and sorting and packaging parts and inventory. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
Assembly of adjustable levers and other related products using hand tools
Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Preparing labels and labeling of products
Sorting and packaging parts for shipment and/or inventory
Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety within the assembly work area
Supporting production flow to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
Other duties within the department as assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, along with one to two years of related manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate can read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals, complete routine documentation, and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Basic math skills are required.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and sound problem-solving skills in a production environment.
Employees must be comfortable performing repetitive hand movements, sitting for extended periods, and occasionally standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
