We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk for our Toyota dealership in Dallas, TX. For immediate consideration, please email jesyca.garcia@normreeves.com.
Core Responsibilities
Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for reimbursement.
Review repair orders to verify warranty coverage and compliance.
Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure accurate documentation.
Track claim approvals, denials, and follow-ups to maximize reimbursements.
Maintain warranty records and keep up-to-date with manufacturer policies.
Address and resolve warranty claim discrepancies.
Assist with audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
Familiarity with warranty procedures and guidelines of major automotive manufacturers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record management.
