Inspector

The Inspector is responsible for conducting comprehensive pre-production inspections. This includes performing visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing on products using various tools and systems such as microscopes, automated and manual vision systems, tool scopes, micrometers, calipers, and other hand tools. Additionally, the Inspector will carry out Test Method Validation inspection activities to ensure product quality and compliance.
Responsibilities

Conduct pre-production inspections with precision and attention to detail.
Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing on products.
Utilize microscopes, automated and manual vision systems, tool scopes, micrometers, calipers, and other hand tools effectively.
Execute Test Method Validation inspection activities to uphold product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Vision Programs as needed.
Essential Skills

Proficiency in inspection techniques using calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools.
Strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection processes.
Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks with high accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with troubleshooting Vision Programs.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
