Your Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate and effective occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and quality of life
Support residents in achieving personal goals and progress milestones
Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards (experience with Net Health a plus)
Collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes
Educate residents and families on safety and daily living strategies
Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
What You Bring
Current Wisconsin COTA license
Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for geriatric care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
