Your Role Includes:
Providing physical therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Assisting residents with mobility, balance, strengthening, and functional activities
Supporting fall prevention and safety education
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Completing documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Building positive relationships with residents and facility staff
What We're Looking For:
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Passion for working with older adults in senior living or skilled nursing settings
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
Experience in ALF, SNF, or Memory Care preferred but not required
