General Laborer
Shift: 1st & 2nd
Location: East Moline, Illinois
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to support our production lines. In this role, you will assist with loading, unloading, masking, and moving components while ensuring materials flow smoothly through the production process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, and mask components on the production line.
Pull parts based on production line requests.
Remove finished parts and deliver them to designated departments.
Arrange parts in racks and place racks onto the assembly line conveyor.
Provide general support throughout the production process.
Clean metal surfaces as required.
Maintain organization and assist with workflow efficiency.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, general labor, or manufacturing environments.
Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining assigned tools and work areas.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
