
Youth Pastor (Full-Time)

Maranatha Vision Church located in Livermore, CA was founded in 2006 with the goal of restoring the New Testament Church. Our main focuses are Prayer, Revival, and Mission. We belong to PCA and emphasize the balance of the Word and the Holy Spirit. We currently have 600+ members, including 90+ youth group members.
We are seeking a full‑time Youth Ministry Pastor. The candidate will work in a team environment toward our goal of making disciples of all people.
Responsibilities
Train teachers to lead Life Groups (community groups)
Equip student leaders and mentors to lead student ministry teams
Lead regular programs for YM including Sunday worship, Friday or weekday meetings, and Bible study
Lead special programs such as Youth Retreat, Senior Trip, and Youth Mission Trip
Lead Korean or English weekday evening prayer meeting once a month
Preside All Generation Worship Service on Sunday with a 5‑minute short message once a month
Salary Package
Commensurate with the cost of living with family in California (salary + housing allowance based on the market price of Livermore)
Benefits: Health, Dental, Term life insurance, and cell phone monthly fee
Laptop for work ($600 value every 5 years)
Qualifications
Has genuine heart for youth, to nurture them in the Word of God and in prayer
Has experience in ministry in Korean‑American or similar context
Has graduated or is presently attending theological seminary
Fluent English is required, and proficiency in Korean is optional
Severely receives and adopts the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Catechisms, and the form of government and discipline of the PCA, as containing the system of doctrine taught in the Holy Scripture
Eligible for ordination/transfer in the PCA
