Night Auditor
Located in the heart of Estes Park, Expedition Lodge offers guests a comfortable and adventure-focused stay just minutes from the breathtaking Rocky Mountain National Park. The Night Auditor plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while providing exceptional guest service. This position is responsible for front desk duties, balancing daily financial transactions, and preparing reports for management.
Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with check-ins, check-outs, and requests
Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room revenue and payments
Run end-of-day reports and ensure accuracy of all accounts
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area
Perform light housekeeping or property walks as needed
Ensure safety and security procedures are followed throughout the night
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
Basic computer and accounting skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM
6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed
Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
