Job Description
Production Supervisor Bring your experience working in a warehouse as a Production Supervisor for an outstanding facility in Chico, CA. Job Duties: Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate and monitor assembly line operations to maximize efficiency and meet production targets. Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance work environment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate material handling, assembly, and equipment setup as needed. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials for production.
Requirements: Forklift Certified Managerial experience is required Previous production/food manufacturing experience is highly preferred Mechanical skills & knowledge preferred Must have effective written & verbal communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish)
