Receptionist (Days)
The starting wage for this position will be between $20 & $23/HR. Depending on experience. Part-Time: Monday-Friday Day Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hours may vary)
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area of a large corporate office with emphasis on providing excellent customer satisfaction. They will be required to perform with a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
Essential Duties:
Answering calls and appropriately routing and/or supplying information to callers
Maintain reception and surrounding common areas, along with conference rooms to ensure they are always clean and presentable
Manage associate and building security badge system
Inventory and order office consumables (dairy, dry items and office supplies)
Update calendars and schedule meetings for conference rooms
Manage company fleet vehicles (reservations and maintenance)
Manage vendor accounts (UPS, FedEx, WIST, Building Management, Vending Machines, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of related experience and/or training in an office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
Strong written and verbal communication to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other associates
Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing task without guidance
