Travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Brooklyn, NY

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license required prior to the start of the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
Experience with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and mobility devices (e.g., walkers, canes) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to document skilled services per facility and payer requirements.
Reliable clinical communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
