Status: Full-time

$20 per hour
Schedule: M-F (Flexible). Requires 1-2 closing shifts and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, this role is essential in creating a positive experience and maintaining our hospital's trusted reputation within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-line phone systems
Schedule and confirm appointments
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
Process payments accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, with rotating evening and Saturday shifts required.
