About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead its comprehensive revenue strategy and drive efforts to raise over $40 million annually. Key responsibilities for the Chief Philanthropy Officer include expanding and diversifying the donor base, managing a portfolio of major donors, and overseeing donor engagement and stewardship. The role also involves team management, fostering a culture of philanthropy, and ensuring the development and management of the annual fundraising budget.
