Job Summary

All Tex is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee operations in a steel fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with powder coating processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership.
Schedule: Monday Friday (Saturday) 6am 6pm or 6pm -6am OT as needed basis
Responsibilities

Supervise powder coating operations including surface prep, application, and curing
Ensure proper use and maintenance of coating equipment (spray booths, ovens, etc.)
Monitor environmental conditions and coating specifications for quality control
Lead and train team members to meet production goals and safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation of production, inspections, and compliance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely workflow and material availability
Requirements

Prior experience in powder coating or industrial coatings supervision
Strong understanding of coating techniques and equipment
Ability to lead a team and enforce safety protocols
Must have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Must be available to rotate shifts, including nights and weekends
Familiarity with OSHA standards and quality assurance practices
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in steel fabrication or pipe coating
