Job Details
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and operation sheets including GD&T
Operate precision CNC milling machines with minimal supervision
Set up and debug milling machines (preferred)
Follow standard quality procedures for setup, operation, inspection, and documentation
Perform and document required in-process inspections
Handle materials properly and maintain traceability
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications – Needed
High school diploma or GED
CNC / Precision Milling Experience Preferred
(treat as bold)
Strong ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T
Experience operating CNC milling machines independently
Willingness to learn and take ownership of work
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude and strong reliability
