The Cypress at Midtown is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for a 12-week assignment to provide leadership and support within a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities of Interim Director of Nursing (DON):

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Assist with survey readiness and regulatory processes

Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and overall clinical performance

Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements for Interim Director of Nursing (DON):

Active RN license

Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proven ability to step into fast-paced environments and drive results

Experience with regulatory compliance and survey processes

Assignment Details:

12-week interim contract

Immediate start preferred
