We are seeking a talented and passionate Italian Chef to lead the kitchen of an upscale Italian restaurant in Miami. This role suits a hands-on chef with strong expertise in authentic Italian cuisine and the ability to deliver a modern, high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
Develop authentic, seasonal Italian menus
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
Ensure efficient service in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Italian Chef in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel
Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine
Experience in fine dining environments
Solid leadership and organizational skills
Good understanding of cost control and kitchen management
Ability to perform under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent training
Experience with modern Italian concepts or high-end dining standards
Knowledge of Italian wines and products is a plus
