What you should know:
The
Talent and Operations Coordinator
will play an important role in supporting the recruitment process and work within the Global Talent Acquisition function. You will manage high‑volume, global interview scheduling for executive leaders and candidates, support key pre‑boarding activities, and help bring structure to evolving processes through documentation. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented role with a strong focus on coordination, adaptability, and follow‑through.
A day in the life:
Manage high‑volume, global interview scheduling for executive leadership and candidates across multiple time zones.
Serve as a key coordination partner to senior stakeholders, executive assistants, and recruiting teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Own detailed calendar management and scheduling logistics with a high degree of accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Support pre‑boarding activities including equipment ordering, Section 2 of I‑9 completion, new‑hire swag coordination, and account setup/troubleshooting.
Document recruiting and coordination processes and support Teams organization in partnership with TA and P&O Operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination workflows, bringing organization and clarity to changing people and processes.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
2+ years in recruiting coordinator or executive assistant roles where scheduling is a large portion of the role
Global experience required
Experience in complex scheduling and coordinating interviews and meetings across multiple time zones
Experience in Workday required
Must be execution-driven, proactive, adaptable, detail oriented, but efficient, organized, and service-minded
Compensation and Benefits :
$30-$35/hour. Temporary benefits available including medical, dental, vision and 401k. Pet friendly office! Pre-screening requirements include a background check and a signed NDA.
