Recruiting Coordinator
who can serve as a true partner to recruiting and business leaders, own interview logistics, drive operational excellence, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
Compensation:
$35/hr
Availability:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Duration : This role is set to start ASAP and will go through the end of 2026 but may be extended based on business needs.
This role goes beyond basic coordination. You’ll be trusted to manage complex scheduling across executive stakeholders and time zones, anticipate challenges before they arise, and bring structure to an evolving, high-growth environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
Own and manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, including executive stakeholders and global time zones
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal partners, ensuring a polished, timely, and high-quality experience throughout the interview process
Proactively manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and anticipate challenges to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to prioritize needs, streamline coordination, and support overall recruiting operations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (experience supporting complex scheduling strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage high-volume calendaring, including executive-level scheduling across multiple time zones
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to balance competing priorities with speed and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
