What you’ll actually be doing
Leading
commercial leasing transactions
(core focus)
Handling
acquisitions & dispositions
Managing
title, survey & zoning diligence
Supporting
financing structures and deal execution
Working on
hospitality and mixed-use developments
What separates strong candidates
3–6 years’ commercial real estate experience
Real leasing exposure with increasing ownership
Comfortable managing deals with limited oversight
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Confident in a client-facing environment
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (required)
Comp & structure
Base up to
$160K
(DOE)
Bonus up to
45% of base
(transparent structure)
Hybrid
– 3 days in office (Fridays typically remote)
