Executive Chef
to lead the kitchen at our exciting new location.
Position Overview
As Executive Chef, you will be the
Back-of-House Operator , responsible for leading and managing a team of 15–20 kitchen staff. You will oversee all kitchen operations, maintain high food quality and consistency, control costs, and ensure exceptional service to our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume sports bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and manage a team of 15–20 kitchen staff
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and execution
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Manage food costs, inventory, and labor efficiency
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Hospitality Director and Director of Operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
• Contribute creative input to the menu while upholding our core offerings
• Support the development and growth of our catering operations
• Prepare the kitchen for a successful grand opening and ongoing high-volume service
Schedule & Expectations
• Kitchen is open until 10:00 PM
• Immediate hiring need — the grand opening is approaching soon
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and during peak sports events
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $80,000
• Performance-driven bonus
