A full-time, onsite School Psychologist position is available in Atwater, CA, to provide support during a maternity leave backfill. This contract role requires working directly within the school environment to assess and support students’ psychological and educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop intervention plans
Provide counseling and support services as needed
Assist in developing individualized education programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid School Psychologist credential or license
Experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-12 school setting
Strong understanding of special education laws and assessment procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with school teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time onsite
