Key Responsibilities:
Expand the sales ofJohnson &JohnsonMedTech -NeurovascularDivisionproducts andto convertcompetitive products in a manner that iscommensuratewith company policy and sales direction.

In this role, theTerritory Managerwill be trained to understand anddemonstrateproper surgical use of our products to physicians.

They will need todemonstratethe ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales trainingmethodology.

TheTerritory Managerwillbe responsible formaintainingand expanding current accounts, building new accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and meeting quotas for a variety of products.

Additionally, they will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional,ethicaland persuasive; and which leads the customer to action.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degreeORa minimum of3 years of relevant healthcareor business to businesssales experienceisrequired

A minimum of2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred

Neurovascular experience preferred

Experience selling to surgeons in an operating roomorRadiology suiteenvironment where candidates are accustomed to working with physicians is strongly preferred.

A valid drivers license issued in the United States

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential

Ability torelocateandresidewithin the assigned Territory

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS:
Exempt position requiring the ability toestablisheffectivework schedule that accommodates frequent disruptions to routines and flexible work hours inaccomplishingobjectives

Must have andmaintainknowledge of healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends

Sales experience in the neurovascular space and/or the medical device field is preferred

Must successfully complete Company training programs

Must have valid drivers license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing and able to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40%.

A valid drivers license issued in the United States

Position requires periodic presence near and with heavy machinery, ability toliftupto40lbs, ability to wear heavy lead protective aprons and other safety equipment in lab environment

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$75,000 - $120,000

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
