Residency Program Facilitator

Roxborough Hospital is seeking candidates with previous experience working in the Graduate Medical Education field.
With oversight and direction from the Administrative Director, GME/DIO, Program Directors and the Director of Medical Education, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of the accredited residency training programs and medical students. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. The Residency Programs covered by this position are Family Practice.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
2. Some college required, Bachelors degree preferred.
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and general office skills.
