We are working with a growing digital infrastructure organization across North America. They are seeking an experienced
Vice President
with a focus on
hyperscaler leasing
to join their Legal team.
Responsibilities
This role will drive complex commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on:
hyperscale data center leases, colocation agreements, build-to-suit deals, power and capacity commitments, and long-term commercial arrangements .
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
5+ years of legal experience , with substantial exposure to:
Data center leasing, hyperscale transactions, colocation agreements or cloud infrastructure deals.
