Foreclosure Defense Attorney
Pay: $105,000 per year
A busy Broward County Consumer Rights Law Firm is hiring an Associate Foreclosure Defense Litigation Attorney to handle foreclosure and other state and federal consumer related litigation. Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation, review, and approval of motions and pleadings
Handle all aspects of litigation including filing pleadings, discovery, and motions
Attendance at motion calendar hearings, mediations, conciliation conferences, depositions, and non-jury trials
Work with paralegal to provide clients with updates
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate - Member in good standing of the Florida Bar

Must be technologically savvy, very comfortable using process management systems, fully and effectively utilize available technology and automation
