litigation attorney
to handle a high-volume caseload of collections matters, including third-party claims and recovery of legal fees.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable working independently and wants to
run their own cases early
in their career.
What You Will Handle
Manage a
high-volume caseload
of collections matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and basic litigation documents
Appear in court and handle routine proceedings independently
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines across multiple matters
Ideal Background
1–3 years of litigation experience
Prior exposure to
collections, Housing Court, foreclosure, insurance defense, or other high-volume practice areas
is a plus
Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Admitted to practice in New York
