Default Services & Civil Litigation | Full-Time
This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to build a strong civil practice foundation from day one. You will be actively appearing in court, managing a real caseload, and developing the skills that define a well-rounded litigator — all within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
Appear in court to argue motions in foreclosure and related default services matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and client documents in collaboration with support staff
Research and analyze complex client matters, advising partners on strategy and potential resolution
Manage a caseload of uncontested foreclosures, defensive litigation, and ancillary matters on behalf of mortgage servicers and investors
Supervise and mentor support staff, developing leadership skills alongside your legal practice
Requirements
J.D. degree with bar admission in good standing
New York bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a strong plus
