We are a

legal staffing and recruiting firm

for its foreclosure and real estate defense practice. This opportunity is best suited for a senior‑level attorney who can manage contested matters independently and bring immediate value to a high‑volume litigation environment.

The role may be structured as either a

individual contributor position. The firm does not use the title “Managing Attorney.”

There is a

strong preference for Oregon‑based candidates

due to court‑appearance needs and jurisdiction‑specific considerations.

Lead cases through all phases, including pre‑litigation analysis, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, hearings, and resolution

Collaborate with attorneys across related practice areas (foreclosure, bankruptcy, claims) and work efficiently within case‑management systems

Provide timely, practical client updates and maintain accurate timekeeping

For candidates hired in a supervisory capacity:

Supervise and mentor

1–3 attorneys , offering guidance, light review, and litigation support

Requirements

Active Oregon bar membership

strongly preferred

Approximately

8–15 years of relevant civil litigation experience

Substantial experience in foreclosure litigation, mortgage servicing, creditors’ rights, real estate, or similar litigation practices

Highly organized, with the ability to manage a demanding and fast‑paced docket

Proficient with modern case‑management platforms and Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel to Oregon as needed for court appearances

Culture

Remote‑first , with a practical emphasis on courtroom presence over office attendance

Collaborative environment where senior attorneys are trusted to take ownership of their cases

Business‑minded, results‑driven litigation approach in a challenging foreclosure jurisdiction

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and accountability, with flexibility during heavier litigation periods
