Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours a week, supporting children and adolescents in a school setting. Desired Qualifications:Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license requiredExperience working in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environmentsOpen to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)Strong background in teletherapy platforms a plusExceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsCompassionate, patient, and committed to fostering student growth Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disordersDeliver individualized and group therapy, both onsite and via teletherapy, as appropriateDevelop and implement IEPs, maintaining documentation to support progress monitoringCollaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support each student’s learning planLead or participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussionsEducate and provide resources to staff and families regarding best practices in communication support Benefits include flexible weekly pay cycles, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, as well as access to a supportive network of school professionals.
