The Role
We're hiring a full-time Community Manager to join our South Austin office and manage a portfolio of HOA and Condo Associations in the greater Austin area. You'll be the primary point of contact for board members and homeowners, supported by an exceptional admin team and industry‑leading technology tools.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of HOA and Condo communities with the support of a dedicated administration staff

Serve as the primary liaison between boards of directors, homeowners, and vendors

Coordinate preparation of annual operating budgets and monitor fiscal practices

Manage community common areas and amenity services — establish and re-evaluate scope of work, contracts, and field issues

Own and resolve all customer care matters for your portfolio

Attend quarterly and annual board meetings (some evenings required)

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance with vendors

Complete due diligence for prospective new communities during business development

Assist with preparation and enforcement of community covenants and restrictions

Use our AI-powered tools to streamline communication, track requests, and deliver faster service to homeowners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field

OR

3+ years of property/community management experience

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or ability to obtain within 12 months

Strong knowledge of HOA/condo governance, CC&Rs, and Texas Property Code

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
