Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to join their team. As a Quality Inspector I, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality control, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $22 - $25
Shift: 1st Shift
What’s the Job?
Perform in-process inspection on products during SMT, Wave, and Selective Soldering operations.
Ensure adherence to all ESD requirements and proper board handling procedures.
Verify process compliance with documented control processes and procedures.
Examine products to verify conformance to workmanship standards and specifications.
Document inspection results accurately and timely, including reports and logs.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
Experience with measuring devices such as calipers, pin gauges, and height gauges.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
