What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our community stays safe, clean, and well-maintained:
Complete daily maintenance tasks, including general repairs and light groundskeeping
Respond promptly to service requests in occupied apartments
Prepare vacant units for new residents (make‑readies/turns)
Maintain buildings, amenities, and common areas
Collaborate with leasing and maintenance team members
Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents
Pay & Benefits
$21.50+ per hour,
depending on experience

What We're Looking For
Required
1+ year of apartment maintenance or related experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Preferred (Training Available)
Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general repairs
Groundskeeping or landscaping experience
