Why This Role Stands Out: Consistent pipeline of cases; no shortage of work Hands-on litigation role with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Strong support staff so attorneys can stay focused on legal work Direct collaboration with experienced trial attorneys Clear path toward first-chair trial opportunities over time Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses What You’ll Be Doing: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through litigation Draft and argue motions; handle written discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Work with experts and prepare cases for trial Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value Maintain direct client communication throughout the lifecycle of the case What you have: Active Massachusetts bar license 3-7 years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred) Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and case management Ability to independently manage files in a fast-paced environment Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Trial experience is a plus, but not required Interested in hearing more?
