This is an on-site position based in Arlington, WA. Relocation may be considered for candidates who are already licensed to practice law in Washington.

Job Description
Manage a diverse caseload involving litigation, real estate disputes, probate litigation, business law, and related civil matters
Meet with clients, evaluate legal issues, and provide practical legal guidance
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy with senior attorneys
Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members
Help clients resolve complex legal issues with professionalism, clarity, and sound judgment
Contribute to a respected local practice with strong community ties
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Washington
Litigation experience preferred, especially civil litigation, real estate litigation, probate litigation, or business litigation
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and client expectations
Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters
Professional judgment, integrity, and a team-oriented approach
Interest in building a long-term practice in the North Snohomish County region
