A leading online marketplace company is seeking an Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to support their dynamic team. The role is based in Brooklyn, NY, with a hybrid schedule—2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Contract role until Jan 2027

Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of integrated campaign plans across multiple channels, including email, social, video, and community initiatives.
Drive YouTube content strategy by identifying opportunities, developing concepts, and overseeing series frameworks in collaboration with production teams.
Create and maintain scalable campaign playbooks to ensure best practices and repeatable success.
Explore and implement automation to optimize campaign workflows, reducing manual effort while maintaining quality.
Partner with analytics and CRM teams to design measurement strategies, define success metrics, set up experiments, and analyze results to inform future campaigns.

Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager Qualifications:
Over 4 years of experience in integrated marketing, video strategy, or related fields within a brand, agency, or marketplace environment.
Strong passion for video-first content, with a proven track record of building and executing video strategies and collaborating with production teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop new, innovative campaign approaches and build scalable processes.
Skilled in managing ambiguity, building from scratch, and driving projects forward without predefined frameworks.
Proficient in designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and translating insights into strategic improvements.
