Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in the Energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the preparation of budget, estimates and cost tracking for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the OEM, data center, capital cost estimation, and capital budgeting. Lead and coordinate the preparation of budget, estimates, and cost tracking for various projects. Use your expertise in OEM, data center, capital cost estimation, and capital budgeting to inform decision-making processes. Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services. Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists. Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions. Liaise with other departments to establish the scope of work while understanding the requirements of the project. Identify cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or similar role, with a solid understanding of OEM, data center, capital cost estimation, and capital budgeting. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., CostX, MS Office). Detail-oriented with a knack for research and data analysis. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
