Product Support Specialists (North America)
Join our Support team as a Product Support Specialist, working one weekend day in exchange for a weekday off. Your schedule will be either Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with occasional adjustments for holidays or business needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with customers daily to troubleshoot sophisticated integrations, guide them through detailed workflows, and provide best practices for using Ashby’s complex product.
Spend time on projects that improve internal processes, such as:
Absorbing and synthesizing highly technical work from Engineering to create enablement for technical up‑leveling of the support team.
Developing workflow automation that enables better team cohesion and efficacy.
Qualifications
Experience with, and excitement to learn, the ins and outs of a complex, rapidly evolving product.
Curiosity when addressing customers and when creating solutions that improve workflows.
Strong problem‑solving skills, able to define a problem’s scope and create comprehensive solutions.
Customer‑first mindset: delight customers, provide thorough, clear, empathetic responses.
Ownership mindset: proactively make decisions rooted in principled thinking to solve problems.
Experience providing B2B support to customers ranging from small business to enterprise organizations.
