Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Type: Full-Time

Hours of work: Typical hours are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM local time Monday through Friday. Flexibility of working hours may be required. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Contract Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements and support the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our contract operations.

This role will focus on customer, partner, and vendor agreements—including MSAs, TSAs, SOWs, BAAs, DPAs, and related amendments. The Contract Administrator will serve as a key cross‑functional partner across Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations—ensuring contracts are properly executed, tracked, and aligned with business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting support, review coordination, execution, tracking, renewals, and archival.

Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all agreements are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Track key contract dates, obligations, and milestones (e.g., renewals, expirations, notice periods).

Coordinate contract workflows across internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Prepare, review, and manage standard agreements (MSAs, TSAs, SOWs, BAAs, DPAs) using approved templates and playbooks.

Ensure consistency and accuracy across agreements (pricing, scope, term, SLAs, deliverables).

Support redlining, version control, and contract negotiations in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Identify non‑standard terms and elevate to Legal or leadership as appropriate.

Summarize key terms and obligations for internal stakeholders.

Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.

Support enhancements to contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, tracking, and reporting.

Develop and maintain contract tracking reports and dashboards.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve contract efficiency.

Manage vendor agreements, NDAs, and related documentation.

Track insurance requirements and certificates of insurance (COIs).

Support compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA) by organizing and maintaining contract-related documentation.

Assist with audit requests and contract-related reporting.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

3–7 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar role.

Experience managing commercial contracts and contract lifecycle processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.

Experience with contract management systems (CLM) or document repositories.

Preferred

Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with common commercial agreement structures (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, etc.).

Exposure to data privacy, HIPAA, or security-related contract terms.

Experience supporting contract operations at a scaling organization.

Process‑oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee frequently uses hands or fingers, handles, or feels objects, tools, or controls.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
