Job Description
The GTM Planning & Governance Specialist plays a pivotal role in enabling predictable, scalable go‑to‑market execution. You will lead quarterly planning cycles, manage governance and capacity, facilitate cross‑functional forums, assess change impacts, deliver insight‑driven recommendations, and ensure brands and channels stay coordinated. This role also champions continuous improvement, provides high‑quality reporting, and engages stakeholders to support confident, data‑led decision‑making.
What you'll do
Lead the GTM Front Door intake process, ensuring new requests are clear, aligned, and ready for action.
Evaluate resource needs early, spotting potential constraints or conflicts before they become blockers.
Bring planning inputs together into a single, cohesive view that empowers senior stakeholders to make confident decisions.
Serve as a central connector across planning, commercial, product, marketing, sales, and channel operations teams.
Drive operational GTM planning forums, setting clear agendas, guiding decisions, and ensuring strong follow‑through.
Who you are
Experience across GTM operations, planning, channel operations, PMO, or capacity management, with a strong understanding of how these functions connect.
Analytical strength and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex information and turn it into clear, actionable insight.
A proven track record in managing intake, prioritisation, and capacity processes in fast‑moving environments.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities without losing momentum.
Confidence in influencing stakeholders at all levels, using data‑driven insight to challenge constructively and guide decisions.
